DIVERSITY

Rees, Inc., is a small, certified woman and disability owned business, as recognized by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Disability:IN. Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide and WBENC is a leading national non-profit organization dedicated to helping women-owned and small businesses thrive.  A disability-owned/woman-owned business enterprise is a for-profit business that is at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by a woman/person with a disability.

The certification gives Rees enhanced visibility and a new competitive edge. “These certifications allow us to develop new business prospects, which in turn allows us to offer more job opportunities to all capable women and individuals, inclusive of those with disabilities,” says Danna Breeden, CEO and Owner.

Rees’ workforce is 64% women, holding the majority of all experience at the company. Additionally, women hold key management roles in various departments throughout Rees, such as purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate treasury, and factory management. Rees believes all individuals provide value in work.

Our most important values are inclusivity, quality and great customer service. Rees proudly has two employees that have been employed for 50 years. We owe it to our devoted employees and loyal customers to continue Rees, Inc. 96 years later.
