Plant Operations/Machine Shop

Dawn runs the machine shop area of Rees Manufacturing. Her programming skills, machine knowledge, and 45+ years of experience allow her to be very efficient with her time, allowing us to put out our products in a timely fashion without compromising on quality.
Outside of work Dawn enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and riding her motorcycle. She is a big sports fan as well.

Plant Operations/Assembly

Jeri runs the assembly area of Rees manufacturing. She has tremendous knowledge of how our switches are built. Her 50+ years of experience and ability to keep assembly flowing smoothly allow us to build the volume and quality of product our customers rely on.

Shipping/Plant Operations

Karen is our primary shipper at Rees. She is the one making sure orders get out the door efficiently and correctly. Her 45+ years of experience allow her to work in all areas of manufacturing, including running our injection molding machines. Her diverse skills are a valued commodity at Rees.

Karen loves to spend her spare time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoys her weekends by spending time on the lake and taking care of her flower garden.

Manufacturing & Design Engineer

Jim does a lot of the background work behind the quality parts we manufacture. He spends a lot of time working on product designs, but that’s just a small part. He also spends countless time fixing/finding ways to better current Rees products. His behind the scenes works allows our products to be manufactured to work at their full potential.

Customer Service/Sales

Jena began her start at Rees in May 2018. She is one of the professional, friendly voices you will hear when you call Rees. Her organizational skills and work ethic allow her to best assist any customers that call and assure that they are provided with top level customer service. Jena is also in charge of all accounts payable.

Outside of work, Jena spends her free time enjoying outdoor activities such as gardening, tending to her flower beds, and taking care of her chickens. However, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and their twins. From walks to bike rides to swimming, there’s nothing this country girl and super mom can’t handle.

Customer Service/Sales

Becky is one of two employees that keeps the forefront of Rees running. Her efficient and expeditious work ethic provides customers with quick solutions, while allowing the company to keep on top of things. Her hard work and 40+ years of experience is part of why Rees is able to provide such excellent customer service.

Outside of work she enjoys bike riding, flower gardening and listening to classic rock music. Of course, taking advantage of our beautiful lake region and boating with the family is an absolute must.

Engineering Manager

Caleb is the Engineering Manager at Rees, Inc. He is heavily involved in the design and implementation of new products. He also manages our quality system and makes sure that all of our products meet the highest standards.

Outside of work Caleb spends a lot of time outdoors with his family, friends, and dogs. Caleb is also an avid cyclist, riding thousands of miles per year!

Accounting

Sharman is in charge of all our account receivables. She has been at Rees for over 40 years and has developed a vast knowledge of our customers. This knowledge and her organizational skills is what makes her so efficient at what she does. She always keeps on top of the books and tackles any accounting issues that may arise.

President and General Manager

Joel is the President and General Manager of Rees. He runs the company and oversees all departments.

Outside of work Joel enjoys working on cars, boating, hunting, and grilling out. He is what you would call a real man’s man. His love for UM football is unparalleled, as he claims to bleed maize and blue. But what he enjoys more than watching football and burning rubber in his Camaro, is spending time with his family and friends.

Plant Operations/Machine Shop

Dawn manages all aspects of the factory floor from planning and scheduling, to purchasing and shipping. She ensures that we are always prepared to meet our customers’ needs in a timely manner. Outside of work Dawn spends time with her 10 grandchildren and runs a wedding venue!
